can someone email me there export.orp file because i need to test a theory but it cannot create my own version as my PSP isn't on a custom firmware and its on the latest firmware

What kind of PSP you got? PSP Phat and Slim (2000 only) can be hacked at almost any firmware. By the way, I hacked my brother's PSP Slim on FW 6.1 so yes, it can be done. You just need a pandora's battery.
